Privacy Notice

The Amber Room is built to need as little information about you as possible. There are no accounts, no logins and no payment details, because there is nothing to pay for.

What we collect

We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect names, addresses, dates of birth or payment information through this site. Game activity, including your virtual coin balance, is held in the memory of the open page and is discarded the moment you reload or close it. It never reaches us.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served — IP address, request time, browser user agent and the page requested. These logs exist to keep the site available and secure, and are retained for a short period before deletion.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Web fonts are requested from a third-party font service; that request is subject to that provider's own privacy practices.

Email you send us

If you write to us, we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your address for anything else.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Limited technical information may be processed by our hosting and email providers acting on our behalf, and we may disclose information where the law genuinely requires it.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to our handling of it. Since we hold very little, such a request is usually resolved quickly. Write to privacy@fornhl.com.
